Season Three Auditions for Sunday Best will soon be hitting the United States. Auditions have already taken place in Lagos, Nigeria in West Africa and word on the street is the talent was incredible. I have a feeling season three is going to be the best one yet. New changes in the form of  two new judges will join the cast. Recording artist Donnie McClurkin and Yolonda Adams will join host Kirk Franklin and sisters recording artist Mary,Mary who have been the host from the start of the show.

The Promoters of GOSPEL ADRENALINE PT.5 held a meeting and the whole team was in favor of doing this event as an event for Haiti project. We will still keep it a party hard atmosphere however, a section of the event will be a dedication to Haiti as we acknowledge it's situation. In such, we've decided to add a few performers to the Party that will perform in honor of the beautiful Island.

 We will also give 20% off each ticket sold, both Pre-Sold and @ The Door to an entrusted organization. We will also be collecting dry food & canned goods donations at the event. The food donation will go to Holy Sacrament, then off to Haiti. Below is a list of items you can choose from to donate. Thank you for your help as we help our friends, be blessed.

5th ANNUAL ALL-STAR GOSPEL BRUNCH

Interview with Still Trill Christians

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8 (New International Version)

The saying goes that everything is big in the state of Texas, Well I'm agreeing.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of interviewing four awsome young men by the name of Still Trill Christians who are about to make BIG noise for God worldwide.

After the interview I must say, i'm inspired to continue my walk into what God has called me too and I thank them for taking the time out to speak with me.

Prince AJ, ACE, Erupt and JT are poised for stardom and beyond.  They are not your average rap group just trying to make music instead they are on fire for God and there is no doubt, success is theirs.

The passion and hunger in their voices to get their message of hope and love for christ across to the young and young at heart all across the globe is evident.

The name Still Trill Christians is an attention grabber so I had to ask what the name ment. I was told it means being "real and christlike".

Still Trill Christians are on a mission to save souls and give young people the oppourtunity to live a life that is pleasing to God.  Prince AJ said " they are ministers who happen to rap and they are starting a movement where everyone knows about Jesus Christ". "They are estatic about what is happening and they are ready to do it and peoples lives are about to be changed by their music" say's JT, "Serving God is a lifestyle".

The goal of the group is to get their message into the streets and beyond the church. Prince AJ said " Taking the thugs off the corner and making young Women and Men put value in themselves is what they are striving for". He went on to say "God is not complicated. Real Women serve God, Real Men serve God. Anything that's opposing God is false".

As they get ready to make history by being the first Hip-Hop Gospel group to perform on 106 and Park's "Wildout Wednesday" this coming Wednesday at 5pm, Ace say's it best "Serving God has to manifest by your fruit".

Already with a huge following in their home state of Texas, the song that's sure to get everyone talking is their single "No Sex". The song speaks about waiting until you are married to have sex. A message that will never grow old. In an industry where sex sells our music today, these young men will flip the script through their music and minstry by letting us know it's okay to wait.

Every memember of STC is married and Prince AJ say's " He was a virgin until marriage".

With their Faith and Trust planted firmly in God they are ready to take over for the kingdom.
 Before the end of the call, I asked if there is any advise they would like to give any young person who feels their minstry is being an entertainer in the gospel industry.

JT said " If you say this is your calling, you must be a holy artist". " Your lifestyle have to back up what you say". Prince AJ said "  Without the anointing you cannot do it"."There is order and structure so walk in it and get the word in you".

In this new year I wish everyone a safe and prosperous one filled with Life, Laughter, and Love.This is the year to bring forth those dreams God has placed in you. Are you ready? The dreams that you've placed on the back burner because life got complicated and busy, are waiting for you to reclaim them. There is no better time than now.

Since you are reading this blog then it means you have breath in your body and you lived to see another day. Forget about yesterday because it's gone but focus on now, this moment, the present and believe. Believe that there is nothing you can't do. If you are a believer in christ then know that you can do all things through christ because he strengthens you (Phil 4:13).

Know who you and whose are and go get it. It's there still waiting for you. Everything the devil stole from you is waiting for you to take it back. Trust and Never doubt God or yourself. Have faith the size of a mustard seed and BELIEVE... In the words of my bishop Victor Tyrone Curry of the New Birth Baptist Church Cathedral of Faith International in Miami, Fl, we need Faith that can see the Invisible, Faith that can believe the Impossible and Faith that can conceive the Incredible.

Condolences to Tonex and his family

According to singer's Tonex website, his mother E.B. Williams passed away on December 28th. She was known as a national evangelist, recording artist, and assistant pastor of Truth Apostolic Community Church in San Diego, CA where Tonex is currently the senior pastor since the death of his father who was the senior pastor.
